Roseur is a local, independent florist focussing on seasonal fresh blooms and dried flowers for a more sustainable approach to floristry. Roseur opened on Lower Stable Street as part of our incubator approach to retail. We have worked with its founder Sophie Kim, to reach a wider audience and grow their workshop programme where small groups learn traditional and modern floristry techniques.
